Hoppyn provides private aviation services, including but not limited to charter flights, concierge arrangements, and membership programs. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, aircraft type, and other factors.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or as per the terms outlined in your agreement.
  
• Quotes are non-binding until confirmed and may be subject to change due to availability, fuel surcharges, or changes in regulatory fees.
  
• Cancellations and changes may incur additional fees based on the aircraft operator’s policies.
  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by operator and flight agreement. Please review your booking confirmation for applicable policies. In general:

• Cancellations made within [X] hours of departure may be non-refundable.
  
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
  

5. Safety & Conduct

Passengers are responsible for complying with all airport security, customs, and immigration regulations. Valid identification and travel documents are required. Prohibited items must not be brought aboard.

Hoppyn is not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections due to weather, air traffic control, maintenance, or other operational issues beyond our control.
